A Wholemovement Approach to Moving the Anatomy of Innersphere

Cat will be hosting a limited enrollment two episode movement exploration of the anatomy of the Innersphere (the space within the container of the body), led by Laura via Zoom, with the goal of:  promoting enhanced awareness of the connection between and among parts of our anatomy to other parts; the connection of parts to the whole body; the connection of the whole body (as individual) to the wholeness of the space beyond the body (the interface between body and the support of the environment – Personal and General space).
