What do you experience? How would you describe a movement event? An experience of moving what you see and how this can deepen your understanding. \nIdentifying the parts of movement through the LBMS BESS Components (Body Effort Space and Shape) and how these parts relate to the whole \nThis introductory workshop will focus on: The foundational Duality of Self/Other – Body/Space Components and their relationship. We will also introduce how this Body/Space duality is linked to the Components of Shape and Effort through motivation\, intent\, interaction and context \nContact us for more details about this workshop: dmt@inspirees.com
